James G. Foody has served as Chairman Emeritus since 2009. Mr. Foody retired from the ScanSource, Inc. Board of Directors on December 3, 2010. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from December 2005 to December 2009 and served as a director of the Company from December 1995 to December 2010. Mr. Foody served as a business consultant in Greenville, South Carolina beginning in October 1990. Prior to that time, he was a partner in the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP.
